After eight years at the helm, our founder and CEO Sam is stepping back from his role, making space for someone fresh to become our new CEO.
We’re searching far and wide for this next leader, considering candidates from all walks of life and with professional backgrounds in craft beer and hospitality, consumer packaged goods, finance, sales, marketing and manufacturing. Above all else, we’re seeking someone with energy and grit; with experience leading a team and running a startup or small business; and with the right vision and values to steer Temescal Brewing into its next chapter.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in the beer industry. You will be starting with a solid foundation: a beloved local brewery with an award-winning product, efficient operations, and prime real estate. Our 8,000SF brewery and taproom is targeting 2,500BBLs of production in 2024, with $2M+ expected revenue through a mix of taproom sales, self-distribution in Alameda + San Francisco Counties, and solid distributor partnership covering the rest of the Bay Area. We’re able to offer competitive compensation and a sizable equity stake. Our new CEO will have the authority to steer this ship in whatever direction they choose, and an extraordinary team and advisory structure already in place to help get it done.
