WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

WE CAN SEND BEER ANYWHERE IN CALIFORNIA. SADLY WE cannot ship OUT-OF-STATE AT THIS TIME.

do i need to be home to receive my beer?

Yes — because we are shipping alcohol, your package cannot be left unattended and must be received by an adult. you will need to provide valid id to prove you are 21+.

Is there an order minimum?

we ask that you select at least two 4-packs of 16oz cans. (Shipping is free with the purchase of six 4-packs!)

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY BEER?

IN approximately 2-4 DAYS.

(we ship your order via GLS within 1-3 business days, typically at a minimum on mondays and fridays. once shipped, your package should arrive within 1-2 days, usually next day.)

NOte that GLS does not deliver on Sundays.

how do i know if my beer is on its way?

You should receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully checked out online, and a notification when your order has shipped. if you have not received either of these emails in a timely manner, feel free to send us an email at info@temescalbrewing.com.

my beer has shipped, how can I track my package?

your shipping notification should include a tracking number, which You can use to look up the status of your package here, or feel free to reach out if you’ve run into any issues with delivery.

what’s your return and refund policy?

WE do not accept returns or exchanges of any products once shipped. we will only accept product returns when an order is cancelled before shipping or if it cannot be delivered (e.g., when a valid ID cannot be confirmed upon arrival). If there is a problem with an item in your order, please let us know, and We will do everything we can to make it right.
